Kimberly Utt is the co-owner of Wright Way Plumbing Pros and one of the steady hands behind everything the company does. Driven, family-oriented, and deeply caring, Kimberly brings years of customer service experience from the retail industry into the plumbing world—where treating people with respect is not optional, it’s the standard. She believes that loyalty and truthfulness go a long way, and she leads every interaction with honesty, clarity, and genuine care for the people she serves.
Kimberly truly does it all. Co-Owner & Master Plumber
Derrick Utt is the co-owner and lead plumber of Wright Way Plumbing Pros, bringing a straightforward, hardworking, and patient approach to every job. His plumbing career began in 2007 in Baytown, Texas, where he was born and raised, learning the trade in a family-run plumbing company. Those early years shaped his respect for honest work and built the foundation for the values he carries into every home he serves across East Texas today.
Derrick is best known for his strong diagnostic skills and ability to clearly explain plumbing issues without pressure or confusion. Customers consistently appreciate how quickly problems are solved and how informed they feel after working with him. When a homeowner is stressed or facing an emergency, Derrick stays calm, focused, and reassuring, letting them know they have the right man for the job, no matter the size of the issue.
His personal rule is simple: always leave it better than you found it. Derrick takes the health and safety of homeowners and his fellow Texans seriously, while still allowing room for humor. On lighter days, you might hear him joke, “Looks good from my house,” always delivered with a smile and followed by the real promise that the job isn’t finished until it’s done right, The Wright Way.
